Discord Embed Builder

Design rich Discord messages and embeds right on the canvas — drag in elements, edit text inline, then send the result to any Discord webhook.

How to send a message to a Discord webhook

1

Design your message

Add embeds, text, images and buttons on the canvas. Everything is edited inline — click any text to change it, drag elements to rearrange them.

2

Create a Discord webhook

In Discord, open Server Settings → Integrations → Webhooks, click New Webhook, pick a channel and copy the webhook URL.

3

Send it

Click Send, paste the webhook URL and your message appears in the channel instantly — delivered directly from your browser.

What you can build

Classic embeds

Design rich embeds exactly as Discord renders them: author, title, description with full markdown, inline fields in up to three columns, images, thumbnails, footers and timestamps. Combine up to 10 embeds with message content, a custom username and an avatar in a single message.

Components V2

Switch to Components V2 mode for Discord's newest message format: containers with accent colors, sections with thumbnail or link-button accessories, image galleries that place up to 10 pictures side by side, separators, file attachments and rows of link buttons. Most embed tools don't support Components V2 yet — this one builds, previews and sends it.

Your webhook URL stays private

Messages are sent directly from your browser to Discord's API — your webhook URL and your images never touch our servers. Uploaded images stay in your browser and are attached to the webhook request itself, so you don't need an image host.

Discord embed limits

The builder enforces Discord's real limits while you type, so a design that validates here will send successfully.

Frequently asked questions

Is this Discord embed builder free?

Yes. The embed builder is completely free, with no account, sign-up or install required. Design a message, paste a webhook URL and send.

How do I get a Discord webhook URL?

Open your Discord server settings, go to Integrations → Webhooks, create a webhook for a channel and copy its URL. Anyone with the Manage Webhooks permission can do this.

Can I use my own images without an image host?

Yes. Pick images straight from your device — they are attached to the webhook message itself using Discord's attachment:// references, so you never need to upload them anywhere first.

Does it support Discord Components V2?

Yes — switch tabs above the canvas. Containers, sections, media galleries with side-by-side images, separators, file attachments and link buttons are all supported, previewed live and sent with the IS_COMPONENTS_V2 flag.

Is my webhook URL safe here?

Yes. Sending happens in your browser: the webhook URL is stored only in your own browser's local storage and the message goes straight to Discord — nothing is sent to or stored on RestoreCord's servers.

Why can buttons only open links?

Discord only allows interactive buttons for bot applications. Webhook messages support link buttons, so the builder offers exactly what Discord accepts — every button opens a URL.

Is this a Discohook alternative?

Yes. It covers the same webhook workflow — visual editing, custom username and avatar, direct sending — and adds drag-and-drop editing, in-browser image attachments and full Components V2 support.

Will my design be saved?

Your draft is saved automatically in your browser and restored the next time you open the page. Create a free RestoreCord account to save designs permanently, generate them with AI and send test messages through your own bot.
