Member recovery is separate from the snapshot. Members are not stored inside a structure backup — each one must have completed Discord OAuth before the incident, remain eligible, and be accepted by Discord when the pull runs.

Xenon also publishes message backup across all channels, thread and forum-post backup in beta, role assignments, nicknames, bans, and synchronization. Its public Premium page does not state a separate attachment-storage quota.
Backup frequency and how much you can lose
Frequency sets your recovery-point objective — how much recent activity falls outside your newest restore point. A daily capture can leave almost a day of changes unprotected.
RestoreCord's scheduled snapshots run hourly, daily, weekly, or on selected dates where the plan allows. Xenon publishes a fixed count of automatic backups per server: one on Free, then two, four, and eight. Count and frequency are different levers — a tool can hold many old backups while capturing rarely, or capture often while rotating a small history.

Restore speed: what actually controls it
Neither vendor should sell you a fixed restore time, and we are not going to. Discord rate-limits how fast any bot can create channels, roles, permission overwrites, webhooks, and messages, so a bigger snapshot means more API calls and a longer restore. The variables:
- Number of channels, roles, permission overwrites, and messages in the snapshot
- Whether attachments have to be retrieved and re-uploaded
- Discord API rate limits, outages, and retry responses on the day
- Bot installation, role position, and any missing permissions
- Whether the destination is empty or has to be cleared first
- For member recovery, authorization validity and each member's eligibility
Test both recovery time and recovery completeness on a non-production server. Record snapshot size, start and finish times, skipped objects, and manual cleanup — that measurement is worth more than any vendor claim, ours included.
