The caps are the comparison
Both products do OAuth verification and member recovery, so nobody is winning on the headline feature. The interesting differences are all in the limits, and there are two that matter more than the price gap.
Restorio's free plan caps recovery at 1,500 members
RestoreCord does not cap restorable members on any plan. If your server is under 1,500 people this is a difference on paper only. If it is over — and the servers most likely to be targeted are — then the cap is the entire story. Recovering 1,500 of 9,000 members is not a recovery, and you find that out on the worst possible day.
Restorio's free plan backs up no message history

What Restorio does better
- Price. Gold at $1.50/month is the cheapest serious recovery plan in this category. If budget is the binding constraint, that is a real answer.
- Backup slots. 5 on Free against RestoreCord's 1, and 75 at the top against 50. If you restructure often and want many rollback points, Restorio gives you more of them.
